  La fel ca și poza de mai jos, la Spokes totul e fără filtre. N-au pretenția să știi ce are bicla sau să cunoști slangul de biker, că de-asta se ocupă ei, sunt pasionați și chiar și o pană la ei e făcută cum trebuie. Nimic nu-i făcut în grabă ca la supermarket, doar pentru cash. Sunt și ei bicicliști și îți inspiră încredere indiferent de ce cauți la Spokes. Thanks dudes & dudettes! #recomand

  very friendly! Had a wonderful experience fitting my bike - pressure sensors, video analysis - all the cool stuff. highly knowledgeable fitter. not to mention that although they take very good care of my electric scooter :D

  Great bikes and excellent customer service. If you're looking for more than an average bike hire with excellent customer service which caters for your bespoke riding experience, then look no further. It was my first time to Bucharest/Romania, and I did a google search for "bike hire in Bucharest". Needless to say I was worried at first, as most of the bikes on hire wasn't suitable. Spokes provided both the right bike to do the job and re-assurance that the bike will be ready for me on the day. They asked all the right questions to make sure the bike was the right size and what kind of terrain I was riding on. The shop is well equipped with all the extras you will ever need for the trip, as I brought everything I needed right there. Overall if you looking to travel to Bucharest for a bike trip, and you don't want to bring your own bike, Spoke will provide all your biking needs - I would recommend Spokes to anyone, as even people from Bucharest was impressed. It was the high level of customer service, and attention to detail that impressed me, this separates them from the rest. Thank you Cat and Cristi, and everyone in the shop for all your help, the trip wouldn't have been such a success without your help! Dave

  My cousin and I were visiting Bucharest and Romania for the 1st time and I tagged along with him to pick up his rental bike- it turned out it would be brand new for him, what a lovely first surprise. The owner Cat on hearing our plans for our bike tour wanted to upgrade the bike to a state of the art Romanian brand so we can sample how well it rode on our tour- that was above and beyond what we expected and goes along with their excellent service, full of care, attention and first and foremost the obvious feeling they are fellow bikers too. The shop was full of everything you could need as we forgot some items, latest kit was available here in a clean, modern and effective retail experience. Really nice shop and hope to get a chance to visit again. Highly recommended- 5 stars for service and product- thanks guys.
