  In luna noiembrie 2017 nu functionau toaletele, in luna aprilie 2018 ignora alergiile clientilor. Nici plata cu cardul nu este posibil. Jale! Worst service, the toilets were not working, cash only and they also don't give a damn about allergies. Edit: they told me to go somewhere else if I'm that allergic.(!) Finger weg! Mal funktionieren die Toiletten nicht, mal ignorieren sie Allergiehinweise der Kunden. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Edit: Mir wurde mitgeteilt, ich soll bitte woanders essen wenn ich so allergisch bin. Edit: stimate Zai Cafe, multumesc pentru raspuns. Daca un client spune concret ca nu are voie sa consume un ingredient anume, atunci este obligatia restaurantului sa comunice clientului ca nu poate servi mancarea fara ingredientul "x". Nu este mare lucru. La fel este obligatia dumneavoastra sa stiti ca in unele cazuri severe de alergii se poate ajunge la soc alergic, ceea ce poate resulta moartea consumatorului. Va multumesc frumos pentru voma pe cinste, diareea si crampele care inca ma chinuie de ieri seara pentru ca Zai nu este in stare sa comunice ca nu poate servi crostini cu ciuperci FARA usturoi. Daca mi se comunica ca in mancare este usturoi, as fi ales altceva din meniu. Raspunsul dumneavoastra, sa ma duc la restaurante pentru alergici da dovada de ignoranta si nesimtire fara pereche.

  Place looks fine from outside but I can't say same for inside. Due to loud music you have to speak loud to each other which makes it more loudy. Staff is not nice either.

  I visited the place because I heard about it from someone living in Timișoara. From the moment I got in, I noticed the nice place. The interior of the restaurant looks good. We first ordered some drinks. The waitress didn’t talk almost at all to us she just brought the menu, the food and that was it. No words and a straight face. We ordered a lemonade and a special coffee. The lemonade was incredibly sour and even after I put some honey it was too sour to enjoy it. The special tiramisu coffee was just extremly sweet and nothing else. We just hoped the food would be nice. We order some pasta, both were tasteless. We were starving we ate them but they were really bad. So bad drinks, tasteless food and unfriendly stuff but a nice place. It’s a pity.

  Terrible service. Maybe it was just a moment, but the waitress was rude, unavailable for the most part of my visit, no vegetarian options and no flexibility on making the client feel good or welcome. I wont recommend it

  Another great place plagued by poor staff. The location is lovely, also having a large patio, however the service is very slow. We ordered tea which arrived 15 minutes after we ordered, not to mention that it took the water 20-25 minutes to take our order. Supposedly there were also some complimentary snacks available which we found our about by mistake. I asked for some peanuts which I have received, and when noticed that they were not billed I was told it was complimentary... strange.
