  The serving is horrible, the waiter was rude and made us feel unwelcome. I cannot rate the food because we couldn't get to that..

  It is central located, easy to find, it has a parking lot and the environment is cozy. The tea selection is rich and the food is tasty; as a dessert I recommend the cheesecake. The serving is ok. Overall it is a nice place to spend your time.
