::Visited on April on a business trip. It's decent as a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star one. Pros: Clean, warm. Cons: Area with bad reputation, poor breakfast.

::Good hotel. I stood there for two days. They change the towels every day, the breakfast wasn't to diversified but for me was perfect....and one more thing ... The view from the 5th floor, very nice, you can see the entire Constanta Port.
