  - bathroom smells bad, mattres weak, pillows look like they swallowed tennis balls, bed sheets non cotton, cheapest possible soap only liquid, windows not see-through, some of the breakfast items not fresh or low quality (e.g. bread, jams, honey, juices) + big room, friendly personnel, ok hot water pressure
