::2 sets of free weights, 2 or 3 machines of the same type, limited space for floor work. It's great for a daily workout. It could use some working for fixing things that break. A flat bench broke 2 months ago and no replacement for it yet.

::Not the best gym in town but not the worst. If you need a quick workout and you are close by then it is a good choice.
