  penibil.... se minte in AWB-uri ca "destinatar negasit la domiciliu", cu toate ca destinatarul respectiv (eu) isi contramandase toate planurile pe ziua respectiva, si pachetul nu a mai ajuns.... la telefoane astepti cu orele, daca nu au chef de discutat te informeaza ca ati apelat la alta categorie a call centerului... JALNICI !

  Urgent cargus is offering the worst services you can purchase in Timisoara. They are always busy or have an "abnormal amount of orders", my experience with them is always between the package arriving 1 week later or the courier stating that they've been here and called and I haven't picked up, basically lying up-front. 0 STARS! If you can use an alternative, I recommend doing so.

  Waiting for a parcel to be delivered in the same county since 3 weeks now . The only answer I received is the "standard" one : we will do our best to deliver it. Even parcels from China arrive faster. Don't use it ! Try something else , even if it's more expensive : DHL, TNT.
