  Friendly staff and good location. Very good food - just a few small details to be perfect. Medium priced to be Romania.

  We've been there on a quiet Thursday night , service was fast and prompt, and food was excellent. Prices were more than reasonable as well. Highly recommend

  I'm a fan. Great atmosphere, tasty food, plenty of friendly people. I could sit on the terrace the whole summer and inside in the classic dining rooms on chilly nights. Excellent Romanian wine list and great coffee. The Times is a hidden gem, a peaceful retreat in this busy little city.
