  Cleaning is ok but the personnel is rude and refuse to offer the premium cleaning service if you are not a loyal client, even though the service is listed and has a price. They claim that they can offer their services to whom they choose only. This is not legal in Romania and should not be accepted as default business behavior by anyone.

  Cleaning of the car is good. The stuff at the reception is rude, not friendly and not customer oriented. One star because of the feeling I had is of humiliation on my own money.
