::UPDATE: TWO WEEKS LATER: This company is worse then I thought. They sent me an email a day or so after I brought the vehicle back asking for my complaints and experience with them. I provided it and here it is two weeks later and no reply back until today when I called them. Big mistake because it was a waste of a long distance call. They claim they only received my feedback two days ago. Does it really take two weeks to receive an email in Bucharest? I think not considering it has some of the best internet service of any developed country. Not to mention they were rude on the phone and told me after I said thier attitude was laughable about the long wait period that I was forbidden from making anymore comments online until they finished they're investigation. Screw them also they want me to remove my first one. Urged me to take it down until they again have finished investigating. Nope not going to happen. I will reiterate below why not to rent from them. 1. If your drop off date at the hotel location is a Sunday you can't find an employee there, the hotel will say SIXT only rents space and can't help you then YOU get charged the extra cause no one was there to take the car back. 2. If you rental online and pick up the optional insurance the company will not honnor it and make you buy it again from them. Before you take the vehicle. 3. They tell you will be charged in Romanian currency if you do not fill up the car before you bring it back at two or three Romanian dollars a leter till full again but instead they charge you in Euros. 4. They don't take your complaints seriously and make vailed threats that you should take them down or not post online. Very rude on the phone. Slow to respond. Apparently I will get a call or email Monday now and that was only after I spoke to them on the phone today at my cost. Really if you're talking to me on a phone you can't give me a resolution. Then have the nerve to ask me not to post online and remove my first post. Be warned this company or at very least this location and it's employees are horrible with no customer service at all. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!
