  לא להשכיר דרכם רכב !!!! מחפשים כל מיני דרכים לעשות כסף כל מיני מכות ברכב שהיו כבר קיימות ברכב /שהרכב לא נקי למרות שהרכב היה מבריק מפנים . להתרחק

  Andrei who works at the desk made the whole pick up and return process very quick and simple. His colleague was helpfu in car pick up. No complaints, very easy and very nice.

  Nice person in the check-inn - BUT- LOOOOOONG waiting time, and the car was not ready when we were picking it up. After returning the car with oral accept of no additional charges we were debited directly for extra KM that were supposed to be for free. Have contacted them several times to get our money back but no one seems to care about their customers... Dissapointed!!!!!

  פקיד אחד, המתנה ארוכה התור, בילתי נסבל, למעלה משעה וחצי המתנה. אחור במסירת הרכב. לא מומלץ !!!! בהמשך: ביציאה מהעיר ובנסיעה מהירה כל הרכב רועד כולל ההגה וקיימת סטייה ימינה. בשיחה עם המשרד הציעו להחליף הרכב אך נדרשנו להמתין כשעתיים עד הגעה החילופי ולא הובטח רכב תואם להזמנה(הזמנו רכב אוטומטי). לאחר מספר ימים הוחלף הרכב ברכב תואם ויד יותר אך שם היתה תקלה שמושב הנהג החשמלי אינו עולה. ארגנתי לזוגתי הנהגת כרית לצורך המשך הנהיגה.

  This place is a total mess. I ordered a car online 4 days in advance already writing that I wanted to go to Bulgaria as well. When I picked up they had only cars with provisional plates, not allowed to leave the country. I was asked to come back 2 days later to exchange it with a car with a definitive plate. On that day I had an appointment for 11 am. No car was there for me. 3 hours later at 2 pm the car was finally here. Pure catastrophe!
