  Locatie curata si placuta amplasata la parter in cladirea Mall. Personalul in general este nepasator, ignorant si neserviabil fiind nevoie sa insisti in a fi servit sau sa obtii o informatie in loc sa fii abordat ca client.

  I had the worst experience with EMAG.ro. I ordered and paid one Macbook Pro more than a week back and up till now, January 4th, 2018 no one can tell me where my product is located (which deposit/which showroom) and when it will be delivered, even though the date they committed to is January 5th, 2018. Moreover, from all the operators I heard a different story with regards to the product I ordered. Their website is quite okay, but their logistics are disappointing. They commit something that they never do, this is the way they will start losing their clients. Last but not least, for their future clients who intend in buying something from Emag.ro, customer service, customer satisfaction and customer retention is something that they still don't know about.
