::The multifunctional atm is broken most of the time. Basically, you try to pay the bills, place the funds in, the atm takes the money, beeps, tells you that there was a hardware error and....that's about it. No funds, no bill. The personnel is as incompetent as they come: useless and unprofessional. The best part? It takes them 35 days to process the refund. Obviously, they are highly efficient and well trained.
