::I booked a car from this place via online form. Then got response from office suggesting I to take completely different car. When I agreed "rent and go" responded that no cars available however many cars were advertised free to book previously and while I booked. Way of doing business is totally inappropriate and I would not recommend this place. Have emails from this business and happy to confirm everything above

::Argument over a scratch that clearly wasn't new (it was rusted) and got charged a cleaning fee for a single bug on the windshield (the windshield was literally cleaned 10 minutes ago at the petrol station )
