  I made a reservation on line, didn't receive a confirmation by the time of pick up, neither they answerd the phone number advertised as 24/7.

  I used Promotor Rent a Car the last few times I went to Romania, and I had a wonderful experience each time. Their prices are great, cars are very nice, and customer service was great! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car in Romania!

  Used them several time. I had a great experience with Promotor Rent a Car. Always on time for delivery and pick up, competitive prices, nice cars. I highly recommended to everyone.

  Excellent experience.From booking , to picking up , to returning , it was a great experience.Rental price was competitive ,staff was friendly and the car was perfect .The experience with Promotor Rent a Car was perfect.I will definitely use them again .

  I recently used them for a long term rental. Great honest customer service, initial pricing was not subsequently modified and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Would definitely recommend over other car rental agencies in Romania - including the international franchise names.
