  The workers there are so not helpful and rude that they all have the same vibe apparently. We need to be ready to wait in the line for at least 30 minutes to get parcels, and once you get to the counter, and one of workers gets ready to give you your parcel, they are just going to cut and open up your parcel to see and feel what's inside without asking you to make sure nothing dangerous is contained inside. So be ready if you ever need to go pick up your parcels there...

  Huge waiting line, very short schedule, no parking space, only one employee to help everyone. Very poor customer experience. Needless to say that they open your package in front of everyone without any warning before.

  The waiting time is too long. Not so clean waiting area. Outdated tech and personnel.
