  Very nice hotel the food is very good The rooms are very big and comfortable The area is very good Alot of traffic in the hotel area I recommend it

  Los apartmentis son grandes , pero los muebles son viejos y no tan limpios. Los baños son sucios . Las amas de casa no limpian bien . El nivel del control a los trabajadores y equipamientos de apartmentos es muy bajo. Todos los tuberias de agua y alcantaria tienen problema , por eso las paredes tienen .... Todos los apartmentos les falta una reaparacion y innoavacion drastica . El deasayuno es muy abundante.

  A new terrace Bocca Lupo has just opened with the hotel and we are having a kids party right next to it - common space available also for the residents of Phoenicia Apartments. We had two pregnant ladies in the last term and asked for a couple of chairs from the empty terrace. Got refused!!!
