  Entered Reception as a potential client, only one customer at the desk signing some documents. I have waited like 15 minutes for being asked for the purpose of visit or whatever, nothing from the two guys behind their desks... ignorance was total.100%. Left the Reception room and also nobody noticed. I don't think they do well in business for client satisfaction whatever the quality of their services which I haven't got the chance to rate.
