  I expected more. I visited the butcher shop. Service was very friendly. I bought some delicious air dried beef, really perfectly seasoned, I really recommend this. Some bacon, tasty but very, very salty. It's impossible to eat more than 2 slices, after that your tongue burns from the salt. The third thing was some famous mangalica kolbasz, smoked sausage from the famous mangalica pig. This was the really big disappointment due to the fact that the sausage seems to be 90% garlic. You can not taste anything else. Wasted expensive meat, which could even be soap. You couldn't tell the difference because all that garlic.

  A bolt múzeumi része bemutatja a mészáros szakma eszközeit, a mészáros céh és a Petry család történetét valamint feleleveníti, hogy miért is nevezték Marosvásárhelyet anno „flekkenvárosnak”. Az itt kiállított eszközök a Petry család örökségéből származnak, valamint lelkes, kölcsönző családoktól.
