  The beef empanada was okay. I've definitely had better, but being from New York, I grew up with a lot of empanada options. Perhaps I would have enjoyed it more if I had warmed it up. I must note that I had the strange feeling that questions of pork vs. beef were used to check what religion I could be (I'm a black person). I don't know. It felt weird to say the least and most definitely felt discriminatory, especially after seeing the face the employee made once I clarified that I wanted vita not porc. I'm pretty sure I won't eat here again due to both the weirdness and the fact that the empanada was basic.

  Delicious goodies, salty as well as sweet. As a fast snack or as a take away when visiting friends.
