::Satisfied with waiting time and staff. The building is from the communist era which gives the feel of being at an unfriendly place.

::Huge waiting lines. Unfriendly staff. Should be used as museum of the communism bureaucracy. These guys should need a proper system to sort the packages. Update. When you know that this line can't be longer they close a counter and now we stay twice as long. Clever.
