  Bár oriási reklámjuk van, mégis nehezen megtalálható a bejárat, ami felvisz az emeleti üzletbe. Az ajtónál, ha nem figyelünk, összetörhetjük a kezünket, amikor bemenetkor be akarjuk magunk után csukni az ajtót; a fogantyú rossz helyre van szerelve és odaszorítja ujjainkat. Fűtés nincs, csak az irodájukban (decemberben voltam). Az ott dolgozók kedvesek, de a felmerült gondot nem oldották meg, csak az igérettel maradtam.

  This shop is the worst you can fin on the market. I bought a Amber couch from them and in 4-5 months it was ruined. It was not used as a sleeping bed, used only for watching TV. The margins from the middle of the couch deformed and they became curved and a gap appeared between backrest and the seat when the couch was used as a sleeping bed. When I requested a refund or to have the couch changed on the guarantee, I was completely ignored. They requested some photos but a month passed from my email with the photos and they did not contact me. After that I called and i was told they will come and make an assessment, but again a few weeks passed and nothing happened. I emailed again and threatened them with consumer protection and then I finally was contacted for an assessment. After this they did not contact me for 3 weeks so I had to threaten them again in order to get a reaction I informed them that I want a refund but they told me they do not have an available car to came and pick it up so I needed to take it personally to the shop. I was told they could not provide the same day the money as the person who deals with the online orders was not there and that she will contact me, which she didn't do so after two days I went again to the store to get the money. The lady who did this was very unfriendly saying they can not provide me the cash as they did not have customers who paid in cash, but I did not back up so she was able to refund me from other sources (i think it was the previous days receipts). Never buy anything from Mobexpert as they are the worst merchants.

  30.05.2017 Am comandat o masa de 2400 lei. Mi-am luat liber de la servici pentru livrare. Am stabilit împreună ora și data, dar nu au venit. Cand i-am sunat mi-au zis ca nici nu intentionau sa vina pentru ca li s-a defectat masina si au reprogramat-o unilateral 😯 pe alta data!!!. Presupun ca eu trebuie sa astept pana la alta data. Un final mi-au promis ca îmi fac favoarea de a ma suna în ziua când binevoiește sa facă livrarea sa stabilim ora...vom vedea Vad ca recenziile legate de calitatea produselor nu e prea buna, sper sa nu am o surpriza de proporții. 31.05.2017 Epopeea incompetentei continua: Azi a venit masa. Reprezentanții Mobexpert au început montajul și au constatat ca lipsesc niște gauri în picioare din fabricație motiv pentru care nu pot finaliza montajul și pentru care si-au luat masa și au plecat. Noi așteptăm să vedem dacă o sa primim alt colet complet sau doar un picior găurit, după care aflam când o sa revină cu produsul complet pentru montaj. Nu avem un orizont de timp, evident.

  E greu sa afli ceva despre calitatea produselor. Vanzatoarele te fac sa te simti nedorit inca din usa!! Nu e prima data cand am sentimentul acesta. Evident, nu voi mai intra in acest magazin. Am preferat sa comand de la Mobexpert outlet. Telefonic am primit mult mai multa asistenta: raspunsuri pertinente, disponibilitate, politete... Dar anumite produse, cum sunt canapelele, e greu sa le achizitionezi fara sa le fi vazut "pe viu". Steluta (1) e doar pentru ca purtati numele de Mobexpert.
