  First of all the food was amazing. The soup was great with all the right flavours and with every side needed. The "rasol" great with amazing horseradish side best in town. Good coffee. The atmosphere, here is why the 3 stars. Not very welcome strange clients some not very friendly. The staff decent enough. They have very nice and clean restrooms.

  Really nice restaurant with pretty good romanian cuisine.

  The service for lack of a better term is execrable and the food isent something to die for, plus the wait time was bad even thow it was not full at the time. If your looking for something that defines romanian services in general you found it right here.
