  The best sourdough in Bucharest! The bread starts off delightfully chewy, then as the loaf dries out after a day or two, the crust hardens up and develops a nutty, almost caramelised flavour when toasted. Tastes equally good with sweet or savoury spreads and toppings. Delicious!

  The best freshly baked bread that goes perfect with plenty of Silvoiță (plum jam with no added sugar) on top - in the middle of Bucharest. You have to trie it.
