  A place needs extra care. Very poor conditions for animals. Not many kinds to see. I hope some people wake up and spend some money for the future of people from Constanta, from Romania.

  Easily one of the nicest places. And it's FREE! There are so many different animals to see here. If you have the time, you HAVE to see this!
