  Magazin ok, curatenie la haine si personal amabil. Am nimerit intr-o zi in care o angajata instruia o noua angajata. Tin sa remarc ca i-a vorbit foarte frumos, ceea ce ma face sa cred ca se lucreaza frumos in echipa de acolo. Ca si client, am ramas cu o impresie placuta! Nu dau 5 stele din pricina hainelor, care, desi sunt scumpe, nu sunt de asa buna calitate (ies culorile la spalat, puloverele se strica dupa chiar prima spalare, majoritatea se spala de mana etc.).

  Clean store, nice variety of products. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

  Some nice clothes. Clean. Ill avoid to shop there again Strong recommend: train your staff. We were searching for a pair of shoes. We searched for assisrance and ladies were busy arranging clothes on the racks. One of them finally brought us the shoes we asked for and she hands us the box, literally: 'you can handle from here, do i need to carry the shoes box for you?' And she left. Wow... So, my thoughts: train your staff into respect, being polite by saluting clients both entering and leaving the shop, being present in the shop, caring what people search for and helping them finding, which in the end result for you will mean profit, profit, profit...

  A really beautiful shop with amazing clothing but pretty high priced. Excellent serving manners and a wonderful experience.
