  A fost construita in jur de 1554-1557. Intr-un hrisov din 1594, Mihai Viteazul intareste manastirii mosia din jurul ei , socotindu-l pe Patrascu cel Bun drept "ctitor al sfintei dumnezeiesti manastiri". Lacasul nu mai functioneaza ca si manastire din 1750.
