  Very bad management. Nobody to ve found whrn you want to talk to management. One person for returns, stood in line for over 1.5 hours.

  Rude staff who refuse to help customers, incomplete and often wrong information supplied. Acceptable if just making a simple purchase but otherwise there are much better options to choose from.

  I was disappointed when the security personnel asked me to show all my stuff in the backpack. It was miserable.
