::A nice park for sports in the heart of the city. If I remember correctly there is an entrance fee unless you are going to the swimming pool or basktball, football courts inside the park. There is a modern running track, also you can run around on the parks paths.

::best swimming pool in town, it has it all: size, water quality and temp, and it's not overly busy + timetables are a joy: early morning to late evening 24/7. freest for individual swimming round noon and early afternoon, but, although busier toward closing hours during weekdays, usual goers are experienced and polite enough to share a lane in 7-8 without any fuss whatsoever. there's, also, a gym and several saunas in the building, for who may fancy some iron-pumping or just some good ol' fashion heat sweat. be warned, though: if you're a keen swimmer, the water may just be a tad on the warm side, at round 28ºC (82ºF).

::A university park next to the Somes river, quiet, with plenty of paths, sport-fields to practice a lot of sports, great shadows from the trees. A nice place to walk, run or meditate! It has a 2 RON entrance fee if you're not a student or 'Babes-Bolyai University' staff.

::Well maintained sports park, clean and accessible. The entrance fee is more symbolic than an actual fee. You have a running track, swimming pool, tennis, etc. The swimming is treated separately, it requires its own fee but none for the park.
