::Poor customer service, i’ve asked repeatedly to talk to a supervisor as they were not able to help with an online banking issue and I’ve been told they can’t transfer the calls. Stay away from ING Romania . Horrible, horrible experience. Very rude, condescending reps.

::They lost my documents and closed my business account in the next second... Avoid ING Romania as much as possible! It doesn't matter that ING is a bank coming from Western Europe, the services in Romania have a really poor quality, because they're never checked (from the mother bank) to ensure that the services are well served...
