  The only thing I liked there was the breakfast, room guest unfriendly and whole customer experince unorganized in general.

  We got around 22 o'clock to eat something. He initially said that we can pick anything from the menu but after we even decided if they had 4 kinds of soup they said there was no way and for the pizza order I waited for 70 minutes. Not to mention that she was smoking inside.
