  Няма да посетя отново този хотел. Съмнителна хигиена, арогантен персонал, Уникални снимки на хотела, които драстично се разминават с реалността.

  Хотелът се намира близо до центъра на Русе. Отпред има къде да се паркира. Вътре стаите са със стари мебели, телевизорът беше уж голям - 29” от старите с кинескоп. Не работеше добре - от двете страни на екрана беше свита картината тип възглавница. Беше топло - имаше маслен радиатор в стаята. Висяха кабели и удължители за климатика, дръжката за вратата на банята беше разбита. Много добра закуска на блок маса.

  Staff speaks english. Good prices, nice rooms, close to city center. Breakfast was ok

  Very outdated, no service at all, tv was about 15 +yrs old. No breakfast. The so called tavern not working - under renovation as we were told but would open if there is a booking. Queen bed in the room had been made with two single bed bed sheets that were slipping at every turn so you end up on bare matress that was worn out itself. Balcony railing rusty and peeling off. No chair or anything to sit on while there. No drink making facilities in the rooms. The tiny mini bar was placed straight on the floor - empty and not working. No attention or care to both customers and rooms. Front desk attitude was poor and almost not existing - unless you ask something yourself. Only pluses are the relatively cheap prices, central location and Wi Fi.
