::Great people at the reception, very helpful. I use the Conference room many times, and they provide good support for it. Useful for business meetings. Many places to sit and talk, and a restaurant with good food available. I'm very satisfied overall.

::The spa area is nice but the rooms are full of dust, carpets are dirty and the ventilation is very noisy. Kept us up all night.
