  This was the worst experience ever...I went from long hair to short. I brought in pics of pixie style, many pics, asked the guy Cristi if he thinks he can do that for me, he assured me it was piece of cake for him. By the time he was done, about 2 hours, it looked like I had a cereal bowl as hair...I questioned him and he said it looks like that because in the sample pics she was blond, with thin hair, mine was dark with thick hair. It's the cut, he wasn't even close to the pics. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE CHANGING HAIR STYLE! YOU WILL REGRET IT UNTIL IT GROWS BACK!
