  This hotel has seen better times. Rooms are spacious with a lot of m2 but everything is worn out. There is a lot of stains on carpets, walls etc. Holes in carpets, curtains etc. It is absolutely not 4 star hotel. Try to avoid hotel but if you don't have a chance, Avoid rooms at 7th floor (smoking smell) and try one of lower floors.

  At a festivity in the Club Skyline, of the Hotel Golden Tulip Times, Decebal boulevard, there were more organizational problems. Whoever wants to celebrate an event here has to be very careful.

  Hotel was very close to where i was on a business trip, so location wise it's great, the hotel itself is very tired, the carpets are dirty, windows don't open and the water in the bathroom leaks all over the floor from the shower and wash hand basin

  Great hotel, very polite personnel! The room is big enough and has more than a hundred channels on the cable in English. The breakfast is pretty good and there is nice view from the tables. The Internet speed is fantastic 100mbps download and upload!!!! I had nice time in the room! Recommended!
