::În general îmi place marca Gloria Jean's, însă localul din aeroportul Otopeni este o excepție neplăcută. Cafeaua este mai slabă decât în alte Gloria Jean's, în schimb prețurile sunt mult mai mari. Iar cel mai neplăcut lucru este curățenia inexistentă: mese și scaune murdare, podeaua la fel. Nu pot recomanda acest loc.

::Puts the brand to shame. Horrible. It's a pity because other Gloria Jeans cafes are good. This one sucks, the drinks don't respect the recipes, customer service is non existent. It ruins the reputation of this brand.

::Preturi mari, servire proasta, mese murdare, necuratate. Personalul sta de vorba si clientii trebuie sa astepte pana sunt vazuti. Se poate mai bine.
