  The former station of the 760 mm gauge Transylvanian Mining Railway, also known as the Mocănița Hunedoara, gara mică in Romanian or Erdélyi Bányavasút felső pálya udvar in Hungarian. The station itself had a delta where the locomotives could rotate without the need of a turn table. The delta circled the station building and it was the only train station where the locomotives ran around it. The original station building dated from 1900 but was replaced in the 1950's. This station was used for passenger traffic till 1990. Today it's completly abandoned the tracks where removed since 2009. Now there are plans for rebuilding the line for tourism to ride on the spectacular narrow-gauge track to Govăjdia where the blast furnace is witch contributed with iron castings for the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
