  Went in to purchase a pair of shoes. Found the right size for one foot then my girlfriend asked for the pair. Low and behold the pair was a different size and by the explanation of a lady staff this is normal. I asked why and was told she already explained to my girlfriend, I should ask her. How rude. I was embarassed beyond belief, although she should have been. This is bad customer service. I will order online because I found something I like, I cannot believe the attitude on this lady. Deichman, please improve your customer service training. This location is going down!
