  Poor customer service. Made an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes, although I just needed some papers signed that I am allowed to work... After the examination they promised to email me the results the next day, so I can forward them to my employer, but that did happen not even 3 days after it. I made a follow up on the case and I called them and the answer was that I should maybe try tomorrow as the actual reception lady has no clue how to look up on the computer whatsoever. Such a bad experience.
