  Nice spot for drinks and hookahs. If it's cold outside they have heaters so it's a nice scene for winter or summer.

  They move it , is down in the Old Center ( centru vechi al Constantei ). The bar is not so nice , is not clean , the price is ok ! I am very disappointed about the Shisha ( narghilea), is the worst thing which I tried ?
