  I had an inquiry about a Cambridge exam I had taken in 2010. I wrote to the British Council on Friday morning and got a reply by Friday evening, even though their maximum response time is 3 working days, so they were super fast to respond.

  Sat the Ielts. After asking me to send the copy of my passport describing me as a British Citizen, checking my passport details over 5 times during the different sections of the ielts, they produced a certificate describing me as a Canadian just because I declared my Canadian address as my permanent one. This says a lot about the reliability of their certificates...
