  What can I say? This programme does do what it says on the tin. Time for results may vary, as people are different from one another, but, if you follow the classes and the advice given, you’re almost certainly going to get great results. There is a structure to the classes, and the number of attendees is not that high, so the trainer can really focus on who’s doing what. Pricing is a bit steep but, considering what is on offer, it’s comparable to other programs that offer a slightly different mix. All in all though, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed and everyone works to motivate one another, which gives very good results in the end. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.
