::They didn't have my country (Belarus) in the system! I wanted to change dollars to RON, they asked my ID (passport) and it wasn't possible to put my name in the system. I waited in the queue and then I had to wait for nothing... I looked at monitor, the list was not very long, a few countries. It seems, there were only countries, which have Alpha Bank offices. It's very strange. The law in Romania obligates to show ID for money changing. The change rage was not the best (3.81ron for 1$), I saw in Bucharest 3.85. I don't recommend this Bank for the tourist.
