  Visited : 16 Nov.2017 @17:44 Size of gym: good size gym however, the free weights area is a bit cramped; no CrossFit area/equipment and the warmup area is pretty much non-existent... Machines/bars/plates: 1 bar per rack/machine (could not find spare bars “Olympic” bars) 1 squat rack, 1 cage Quality of equipment: quality seems good enough but not standards weights. No Olympic plates. No standard 20kg plates... Cleanliness: good, stale small.. could be more ventilated Membership price: 10Ron/€2.14/£1.89 per day (10lei deposit for locker key which you’ll get back) Customer Service: really good friendly Can you use chalk/drop weights : did not see anyone drop weights, did not see anyone doing deadlifts... I did use chalk and sensibly dropped the weight and had no complains Gym community/Security/Safety: people seem ok. I would not say that I felt like my stuff would get stolen but at the same time I would not leave them out of sight... Other equipment: a lot of bodybuilding equipment perfect gym for any fitness or bodybuilding enthusiast however, no deadlift area, and bench presses were not secured to the floor so they would slip under a “power lifter” bench so not really good for a power lifter. Conclusion: I think this is the best gym in Arad at the moment however, I can’t give it more than 3* because there’s no standard weights (i.e. 20kg plates) no warmup area, no place for CrossFit stuff, ventilation not that good... etc...

  Sală de forță și cardio, dotată cu tot ce vrei și ai nevoie pentru antrenamente!
