::In the tourist part of The Port of Constanta, there are many small restaurants, lined-up, with a beautiful view of the harbor. We chose the Muse on account of its more balanced menu options, as compared to the neighboring ones. Pricing wasn’t a factor, since all of them revolve around pretty much the same values. We weren’t disappointed with our choice, though. The service was sharp and the food was good and plentiful. It did help that the weather was absolutely perfect, but there were no problems. The one thing that maybe lets the place down is the fact that it doesn’t offer anything truly special and is kind of lost in the sea of small harbor restaurants, but there’s no easy solution to this.
