  The male staff i spoke with was fluent in english and customer oriented which is very rare in Bucharest. A rather small shop with many different creative products from mainly western europe. Mainly from Spain, Italy and Germany. The prices are on western level which means the usual Romanian cant afford it anyway. Like in every shop in Bucharest you have guarding personell which watches you quite closely because they are afraid of thieves. Its not a pleasant experience. Not that tourists would generally be thieves but rather because Romanians in the old days were thieves many times. So they dont trust anyone. In western europe you have CCTV and other technical means to prevent thefts.

  Desi poti gasi produse interesante si personalul este destul de amabil, mi se pare de-a dreptul jenant ca un magazin care se vrea "premium" sa nu permita un retur decat in conditiile in care cumperi altceva de banii respectivi. (Si nu vorbim de ceva pe comanda speciala, scump, ambalaj deteriorat etc)
