  Pet friendly hotel in Bucharest. Nice staff and good breakfast.

  Staff can't service a coffee machine at an event. First event break, waiter comes to empty the waste coffee, does not see that there is no more coffee to ground. Second break, water runs out after the second cup. You'd expect them to fully recharge the machine during the talk so it's ready when people come out for the coffee break. Also, you go to the waiter in the restaurant to tell him there is a problem. You'd expect him to help you fix it, maybe find a colleague. He actually tells you that it's not his job, he's with the restaurant and sends you searching for another guy dressed exactly like him. The staff at this 5 star hotel is worse than a highway motel.

  Very nice hotel. The food was really good and the staff were ready to help with anything. The club lounge is really great. Quiet mist of the time with snacks beer and wine all day long. Would definitely come back again.

  Indeed; it is run by the most unprofessional staff offering the worst accommodations EVER. Can't believe that Sheraton allows such unscrupulous staff to bring it's name so low. Stayed there on four different occasions and each time it has only gotten worse. I am surprised that it has so many positive reviews still. On my 3rd stay, we had a booking for 3 persons. When we arrived there we were completely ignored and we had to first bribe a bell boy just to have assistance with our luggage from the 2 cabs that we hired. On my 2nd stay at Sheraton, again we had a booking for 3 persons. When we got there, a huge crane was blocking the entrance to the hotel. There was no one to guide any cars trying to come in or out for over 30 minutes that we tried to go in. We went 2 times around the block trying hard to find a place to just stop and unload our luggage(not to park). On our 3rd attempt, about 30 minutes after we originally arrived, we decided to use the hotels parking. Again, no one was able to assist us with ANYTHING! We even had to pay for parking, regardless that it was only used while we unloaded our belongings. There are so many other extremely unpleasant experiences that we've encountered there and unfortunately I haven't the time to share it online yet(I might review this post at a later time). Upon my last departure from Sheraton I asked two different desk clerks to have a supervisor contact me either by phone or email. 1 year has passed and I am still waiting for it to happen. Shame on you Sheraton!

  It's a decent hotel, that is somewhat lackluster given its 5 stars. The room was comfortable, with free water, a bath/shower combo. Promised an upgraded room from a King Size classic to a king size premier, but couldn't tell the difference. If you want to stay for business it's a decent place to choose, but if you want to stay for pleasure, head further towards the Old Town.
