  If you get to the emergency department by yourself(not by ambulance) you may have to wait a couple of hours until someone speaks to you. The toilet designated for the waiting room is always without toilet paper (even the holder is missing), soap or paper towels. The staff of the hospital is trying to be nice and do whatever they can, but it is visible that they are outnumbered and overworked. Overall, this rating probably reflects the poor management or a broken national health system.

  It can get pretty crowded, but the ladies at the front desk are helpful and so are the doctors.
