  Nu sunt seriosi in livrarea marfii....spun ca ti soseste marfa in 21 zile si o prietene a asteptat 70 zile si tot nu i au livrat patul pe care l a cumparat. Pe deasupra iti rad in fata si ti bat joc de tine. Nu stiu sa se comporte.

  We bought kitchen cupboards from here, back on 16 March, 2016. We have had nothing but trouble since. The installers arrived, after weeks of waiting, with some of the wrong pieces but we haven't been refunded yet. They have given us date after date to come finish the job... and don't show up. On Wednesday last week, we arranged a new date for last Friday, but they didn't show up. When I phoned late on Friday afternoon to ask where they were, I was told they phoned to say they were coming, no one answered, so they went to a different place. Interestingly enough, our telephone does not show that they rang. I was promised a ring back on Friday to set a new date. No one rang Friday, Saturday or Monday. I rang them, again, on Monday. Was told they would ring back. Never heard a word. I phoned them again, and finally re-scheduled for today, 21 September. They have just telephoned now, at 4 p.m., to say one of their team has to go to a funeral so they will come on Friday. We've waited at home for them, again, all day, and no show. This funeral... Why didn't they telephone us early this morning to cancel instead of waiting until nearly 4 p.m.? If they don't show on Friday, we will ask them to come remove the parts of the kitchen that have been installed, and ask for our money back. I've given them one star - that's one star more than they deserve.
