  Buen hotel, camas muy cómodas. A poco más d 500 metros dl centro histórico d Bucarest.

  1. Leaking shower (the bathroom floor was soaking) 2. Sticky cups and lack of good cleaning (in room) 3. Single big towel in a double room (of course the second one was given when we asked) 4. NOISES - elephant neighbors, no other explanation (rooms are far from silent proof and the staff didn't manage to bring peace and quiet) - elevator repair - a weekend of HARD DRILLING AND THUMPING until 8 PM. When we asked when is the drilling going to end the answer was "eventually". But I would give that to the poor English, not to lack of kindness. 5. I don't want to be a hater so I have to say the bed was comfy. I guess we were in the room with the good view. You see for yourself. But maybe for that one I cannot blame the hotel.

  Very poor breakfast, unfriendly staff,serious problems with the elevators. Φτωχό πρωινό, μη εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, σοβαρά προβλήματα με τα ασανσέρ. Άνθρωποι αναγκάζονταν να ανέβουν πολλούς ορόφους με τις αποσκευές τους χωρίς καμία βοήθεια.

  In realtà di stelle ne merita 1. Richiesto più volte un telo bagno, dato che eravamo in 2, mai arrivato. Bagni nuovi ma non pratici: mancavano i ganci per gli asciugamani, lo scopino per il water, l'acqua non defluiva dal piatto doccia, mancavano supporti del sapone nel box doccia. Richiesto colazione al sacco un giorno prima della partenza dato che il check out era alle 4, mai consegnata anche se pagata (risposta il ristorante è chiuso). Ci siamo ritrovate la donna delle pulizie in camera mentre stavamo dormendo alle ore 7,30 entrata senza bussare. Al nostro arrivo in sala colazione alle ore 9.30 ci è stato detto che siccome c'erano pochi clienti avrebbero chiuso di li a poco (l'orario della colazione era fino alle 10,30). Colazione sicuramente non da un 4 stelle per varietà e presenza di cibo. Riguardo la nostra partenza, quando è arrivato all'albergo il nostro tassista ha richiesto alla reception di avvisarci del suo arrivo e gli è stato risposto che per la privacy non si poteva. Per fortuna Bucarest ci è piaciuta tantissimo e abbiamo fatto dei bellissimi incontri (fuori dell'albergo).
